Ti gr 2 Pipe
Using a proper welding technique to weld the Titanium Grade 2 pipe would permit the pipes to be used in an as welded condition. Concerning the weldability properties of this alloy, any conventionally used method can be used to weld the WNR 3.7165 Cold Drawn Pipe. Titanium Grade 2 Pipe
For instance, while welding the Titanium Gr.2 Pipe, we recommend that the liquified welded alloy must be safeguarded on account of being contaminated by air along with cleanliness to be given utmost priority. The titanium grade 2 seamless pipe also needs an auxiliary inert gas shielding in comparison to most high-end stainless steels. Likewise, the root site of the welded Ti gr 2 Pipe must be kept covered, until the temperature reaches below 800°F.
