Titanium is a very versatile alloy, which can be utilized across a wide net of applications ranging from medical to aerospace engineering. In fact, the metal which can be easily alloyed with various elements such as aluminium, vanadium, copper etc, which are then segregated into different grades. The Titanium seamless tube can be constructed in any grade ranging from 1 - 38, depending on the need of the supplier. The Titanium Alloy Rod rod which is produced using ASTM standards can be supplied in varied condition.

Generally, the Titanium Hex Bar produced from grades 1 to 4 is referred to as commercially pure or CP bars. While a Ti Alloy Flat Bar made from any of the following grades i.e. titanium grade 5, 23, 24, 25, 29, 35, or 36 are to be supplied in an annealed or aged condition. On the other hand grades 9, 18, 28, or 38 can be used to manufacture a Titanium Flat Bar supplied in a cold-worked and stress-relieved or annealed condition.
Titanium Tube
Supplied in a transformed-beta condition is a Titanium Forged Bar made from grades 9, 18, 23, 28, or 29. Lastly, grades 19, 20, or 21 could be used to manufacture a Titanium Hexagon Bar delivered in a solution-treated or solution-treated and aged.
